To work ergonomically at a computer is to work comfortably and productively.

That, in turn, depends on equipment adjustability and body movement.

Adjustability in the equipment that you use - your desk, keyboard, copy holder, monitor, and light - is important to allow the worker to adjust the equipment position to comfortably fit their predominant work posture.
